Oxfam, pr\u00e9sente depuis 2015 \u00e0 Lesbos, d\u00e9crit notamment des conditions sanitaires d\u00e9plorables, des conditions d&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de violence ou encore le manque r\u00e9current de personnel m\u00e9dical et administratif. Vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le pdf en cliquant<a href=\"https:\/\/asile.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01_OXFAM_greece_media_briefing_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> hier<\/a> ou sous l&rsquo;image ci-dessus. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Le site d&rsquo;information Infomigrants a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un article en fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 partir de ce rapport: \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.infomigrants.net\/fr\/post\/14399\/a-lesbos-les-mineurs-femmes-enceintes-et-victimes-de-torture-sont-abandonnes-selon-un-rapport-d-oxfam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>A Lesbos, les mineurs, femmes enceintes et victimes de tortures sont abandonn\u00e9s, selon un rapport d&rsquo;Oxfam.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"c-block--box c-block--default\"><div class=\"c-block--box-inner\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Nous reproduisons ci-dessous les recommandations \u00e9mises par Oxfam \u00e0 la fin du rapport:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Oxfam is calling on the Greek government, with the support of the European Commission and other EU member states to: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>urgently deploy additional expert staff in the reception and identification centres (RICs) on the islands, including doctors, psychologists, child psychologists and cultural mediators, in order to ensure that: all asylum seekers receive, upon arrival in Europe, a qualitative medical and psycho-social screening, and all vulnerable people are identified immediately by competent staff and referred to the right services on the mainland.<\/li>\n<li>transfer asylum seekers, once they have passed through initial reception and identification processes on the islands, without delay to longer-term safe and dignified housing on the mainland, where they can be housed for the duration of the asylum procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To that end, Oxfam is also calling on the Greek government to: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>suspend the restriction of movement of asylum seekers to the islands;<\/li>\n<li>urgently and significantly increase long-term reception and accommodation capacity on the mainland. Reception facilities must be safe and dignified, allow asylum seekers to access services, and take into account their reception needs. This includes specialised shelters for minors, special accommodation for single women, access to medical services for pregnant and lactating women, and psycho-social and psychiatric support for people with mental health conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Oxfam is calling on EU member states to: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fairly share responsibility with Greece for receiving and welcoming asylum seekers to Europe, including by relocating asylum seekers and hosting them in adequate conditions while their asylum applications are being considered;<\/li>\n<li>reach a common agreement on the reform of the \u2018Dublin Regulation\u2019, in line with the position of the European Parliament, which considers the legitimate needs, choices and expectations of asylum seekers and host countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oxfam d\u00e9nonce dans un rapport combien la Gr\u00e8ce et l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e9chouent \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les personnes les plus vuln\u00e9rables venues chercher refuge en Gr\u00e8ce.
