Or, si les femmes sont aujourd\u2019hui moins nombreuses que les hommes \u00e0 trouver un emploi apr\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e, ce n\u2019est pas par manque de comp\u00e9tences ou de motivation, ou encore pour des questions de diff\u00e9rences culturelles. Les obstacles sont ailleurs et souvent li\u00e9s \u00e0 la place que les femmes ont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-landscape is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1402\" src=\"https:\/\/asile.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/genre-edited-scaled.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-106890\" style=\"width:811px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/asile.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/genre-edited-scaled.png 2560w, https:\/\/asile.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/genre-edited-300x164.png 300w, https:\/\/asile.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/genre-edited-150x82.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00f4les familiaux traditionnels qui leur confient davantage la charge domestique, manque de structures de garde d\u2019enfants, acc\u00e8s alt\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019information et aux mesures d\u2019int\u00e9gration, difficult\u00e9 de faire reconna\u00eetre leurs dipl\u00f4mes, pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s de genre: l\u2019ensemble de ces freins structurels impactent durablement l\u2019image que l\u2019on se fait de la volont\u00e9 des femmes \u00e0 travailler, renfor\u00e7ant les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre n\u00e9gatifs. <\/strong>S\u2019ensuit une discrimination sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi qui peut p\u00e9jorer durablement leur int\u00e9gration professionnelle et sociale, avec pour cons\u00e9quence une pr\u00e9carisation durable de leur statut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De nombreuses femmes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es <strong>ont suivi des \u00e9tudes et exerc\u00e9 un m\u00e9tier dans leur pays<\/strong>. Et m\u00eame lorsque celui-ci a la r\u00e9putation d\u2019\u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement patriarcal, elles ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019elles peuvent valoriser et transformer en Suisse. Contrairement \u00e0 certaines croyances, beaucoup de pays ont un fonctionnement plus paritaire que la Suisse en ce qui concerne l\u2019organisation du travail et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 certaines formations, notamment dans les sciences. Dans certains pays, les femmes se d\u00e9brouillent pour gagner de l\u2019argent.
