Enqu\u00eate concluant que les soins requis n\u2019\u00e9taient pas disponibles dans le pays d\u2019origine. Le SEM continuait pourtant \u00e0 pr\u00e9tendre le contraire.<\/p>\n<p>La jeune femme avait recouru contre la d\u00e9cision de renvoi du SEM et le TAF, qui n&rsquo;a pas aim\u00e9 ce mensonge par omission, a annul\u00e9 le renvoi et accord\u00e9 \u00e0 la jeune femme une admission provisoire.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cas 279 \/ 20.03.2015.
