Elle r\u00e9affirme par la m\u00eame occasion celle affirm\u00e9e d\u00e8s mars 2022 de ne pas renvoyer de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9\u00b7es ukrainien\u00b7nes  et de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es et d&rsquo;assurer leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et leur protection jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles puissent rentrer chez elles\u00a0\u00bb. <span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Distinguant explicitement les retours forc\u00e9s et volontaires, le Haut Commissariat aux R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s met en avant la libert\u00e9 fondamentale des personnes ukrainiennes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es \u00e0 pouvoir retourner en Ukraine si elles le souhaitent (certaines clauses restent n\u00e9anmoins diff\u00e9rentes pour les enfants). Cette prise de position reprend principalement des recommandations aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tats et les enjoints \u00e0 collaborer en termes de soutien mat\u00e9riel et informationnel avec les populations ukrainiennes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es. Le <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees'>HCR<\/abbr> se d\u00e9clare pr\u00eat. aider les personnes d\u00e9sireuses \u00e0 retourner en Ukraine, mais appel les \u00e9tats \u00e0 ne pas forcer ou sensibiliser les personnes ukrainiennes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es \u00e0 retourner dans leur pays encore en conflit.<\/span><\/span>Les d\u00e9tails en vingt-trois
