L\u2019homme avait mis en place un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le totalitaire et de terreur sur sa population. L\u2019Albanie \u00e9tait connue comme la Cor\u00e9e du Nord de l\u2019Europe, avec ses milliers de bunkers et ses fronti\u00e8res ferm\u00e9es. \u00c0 la chute du r\u00e9gime, en 1991, des milliers d\u2019Albanais ont quitt\u00e9 un pays \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9 abyssale.
