Ou est-ce le cadre l\u00e9gal qui aboutit \u00e0 ce que nombreuses de ces personnes soient inactives ou ne trouvent pas de travail&nbsp;?<\/strong>&nbsp;Les restrictions \u00e0 l\u2019emploi impos\u00e9es aux demandeur\u00b7ses d\u2019asile arrivant en Suisse, la dur\u00e9e des proc\u00e9dures, le manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des cours de langue, la non-reconnaissance des dipl\u00f4mes, freinent voire emp\u00eachent l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un travail. Toute personne \u00e9loign\u00e9e du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi durant des ann\u00e9es a ensuite de la peine \u00e0 le r\u00e9int\u00e9grer, perd une partie de ses comp\u00e9tences. Or qui dit travail dit aussi int\u00e9gration. Et dit aussi participation \u00e0 la vie \u00e9conomique et sociale du pays d\u2019accueil. Cet acc\u00e8s, soumis \u00e0 autorisation, peut \u00eatre limit\u00e9 \u00e0 certains secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, donc rarement dans leur domaine de comp\u00e9tence. Priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e aux personnes suisses et r\u00e9sidentes. En cas d\u2019obtention de l&rsquo;asile ou d\u2019admission provisoire, les ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9s ainsi perdues freinent leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, leur ind\u00e9pendance financi\u00e8re, leur int\u00e9gration. La proc\u00e9dure d\u2019acc\u00e8s au permis S (protection provisoire pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9\u00b7es d\u2019Ukraine) est diff\u00e9rente et bien plus rapide, leur acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi n&rsquo;est pas non plus limit\u00e9. En cas de rejet de la demande d\u2019asile ou de d\u00e9cision de <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='The SEM issues a decision to refuse to consider the application (NEM) when one of the grounds for refusal defined in the Asylum Act applies (e.g., under the Dublin Regulation).'>Nem<\/abbr>, l\u2019autorisation de travail est retir\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5% des demandeur\u00b7ses d\u2019asile (permis N), 43% des personnes admises provisoirement (permis F), 40% des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9\u00b7es (permis B) et 29,5% des titulaires d\u2019un permis S (protection provisoire octroy\u00e9e aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9\u00b7es d\u2019Ukraine) travaillaient en moyenne en Suisse \u00e0 fin 2024.
