Exilia Films

Vivre Ensemble partners with Exilia Films to launch two video channels on YouTube. «Voix d’asile» (Voices of Asylum) is a social and multimedia project. Videos give a voice to people who have experienced forced exile. on under-addressed issues, as well as’to grassroots actors and actresses. The interviews are conducted and produced by two experts in the field of migration and are regularly posted on the channels of’Exilia Films .The documentary dimension of the approach aligns with the objectives of the Vivre Ensemble association to offer a different perspective on migration and to provide useful tools for researchers, decision-makers, journalists, and educators.


#1 Voice of Asylum 

Giving a voice to «asylum witnesses.» Interviews with asylum seekers about their journeys, living conditions, difficulties related to their status, and their plans. The restructuring of asylum and the situation in federal centers, the topics of family reunification, old age, access to rights, and administrative complexities are addressed.


#2 Citizen voices

Filmed interviews with people voluntarily helping migrants, either individually, with an association, or as experts on the subject (lawyers, sociologists, ethnologists, etc.). The interviews discuss solidarity, duty, and citizenship.
