Préalablement à la prise d’emploi, une demande d’autorisation doit être adressée au Service des migration par le biais d’un form accompagné d’une copie du contrat de travail/d’apprentissage, d’une attestation de l’office régional de placement (ORP) certifiant que le poste a fait l’objet d’une annonce, d’une copie des offres d’emploi diffusées auprès des associations professionnelles ou sur internet.
